Our lodging is located in an idyllic location. Near the entrance of Stavros, it is just 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach and about 10 minutes from the center.

Spacious studios are available to guests, with modern décor and all the amenities one could ask for. Relax and enjoy your holidays in Stavros!
Sunray Studios is a family business which considers every guest at our studios as another family member. Hearty, warm hospitality and friendly service!
Check-in and Check-out Policy
- All visitors are expected to check out until 11:00 am. unless otherwise agreed.
- Check-in can be conducted from 12:00 am. to 15:00 pm. and 18:00 to 23:00 pm. unless otherwise agreed.
Room and Damages policy
- All visitors are expected to handle the contents of the studios with due care.
- While natural wear and tear of the equipment in the studios is to be expected, intentional damages will burden the customer.
- Visitors are liable for any and all damages.
Common Areas and Proper Conduct
- The use of all common areas (BBQ, Reception Hall, Garden) is free for all customers as long as they are respected.
- Clients are expected to exhibit proper conduct to staff members and other clients. Disrespect, aggressive behavior, racist or sexist attitudes are not tolerated in Sunray Studios.
- During the hours before 9:00 a.m., between 15:00 and 17:00 p.m. and after 23:00 p.m. clients are expected to keep noise levels down.
The above policy has been instituted for the protection of the premises from unjustifiable acts during the natural course of a customer’s stay and not to demand unreasonable reparations from customers.
